Clark, in a joint venture with Bell & Associates, will construct a 25-story office tower, known as Gardendale Tower 1, and an associated parking garage on Nashville Yards’ Parcel 4. Gresham Smith is the project architect.

Nashville Yards' Parcel 4, which totals more than 1.2 million square feet, is part of a multi-phase, 16-acre mixed-use development project in downtown Nashville.

Clark/Bell is also currently constructing the 784,000-square-foot Grand Hyatt Nashville and is providing preconstruction services for the remainder of Nashville Yards project.

Construction is underway, and completion is slated for February of 2021.
