CityCenterDC is a 2.34 million-square-foot mixed-use development in Washington, DC. This project is a joint venture with Smoot Construction and features two office buildings, two apartment buildings, and condominium buildings with above-grade bridges to connect each of the buildings. The property includes 458 apartment units, 216 condominium units, retail space, office space, and a below-grade parking garage. CityCenterDC also includes a park and a central plaza with intricate site work, fountains, and landscaping.
