Kaiser Permanente New Carrollton Administrative Building
Clark constructed a 218,000 square-foot, eight-story office building, which serves as an administrative building for Kaiser Permanente.
In addition to office space, this structure includes a fitness center, ground-level retail space, and a loading dock. The exterior façade consists of precast panels and a combination of punched and strip glazing units. The project team also constructed a 273,000 square-foot, seven-story parking garage. As part of the scope of work, Clark renovated the neighboring WMATA Bus Access Road at the New Carrollton Metro Station.
The project is designed to achieve LEED® Silver certification.
