Clark is constructing the new 620,000-square-foot Capital Region Medical Center in Largo, MD. Once complete, the hospital will provide Prince George’s County residents with state-of-the-art trauma, critical, and surgical care, as well as emergency medical services.

Capital Region Medical Center will include imaging services, lab space, diagnostic and treatment services, medicaloncology, and pharmacy spaces. The team will construct a patient care tower with 205 beds and a mix of medical spaces including ICU, NICU, and Behavioral Health spaces.

Clark was selected as the Construction Manager after three years of "parallel preconstruction" services with two other general contractors.

The team will provide foundations and infrastructure for a prefabricated central utility plant.

The project is designed to achieve LEED® Silver certification.
