Self-Perform: Foundations

Clark Foundations performed the support of excavation work including an off-line sheeting and shoring system to account for rock at the bottom levels, bracket piles at the adjacent parking garage, and rock bolts at the rock locations.

Sustainability

This project earned LEED Platinum certification, the first of its kind in downtown Bethesda. Clark managed the regional material, certified wood, waste management, recycled content, indoor air quality, and low-emitting materials credits.
