Catriona Winter leads project development efforts for Clark Construction’s Capital Group, coordinating with clients to ensure the project scope exceeds expectations through all phases of development.
Since joining Clark in 2004, Catriona has been instrumental in diversifying Clark’s service offerings and driving Clark’s optimized approach to design management. She has led the successful pursuit, development, and delivery of many projects across the Mid-Atlantic, including:
- The Wharf
- Howard County Circuit Courthouse
- Douglas A. Munro Coast Guard Headquarters
- National Geospatial Agency (NGA) Campus East
- Dulles Metrorail Silver Line, Phase 2
