Bill Bartling provides overall management direction for project teams within Clark’s Capital Group and works closely with clients and architects in the greater Washington, DC, area to achieve project objectives.
With more than two decades of experience, Bill has overseen multiple major projects, including:

- Douglas A. Monro Coast Guard Headquarters
- US Department of Transportation Headquarters
