With 156 patient rooms, 32 operating rooms and a new emergency department, the Medical/Surgical Pavilion will also feature surgical prep and recovery bays and a rooftop helipad. The hospital and university will remain operational during construction. Clark’s team will coordinate with hospital and university officials to ensure patient and student safety throughout the project.

Prior to construction, the project team will demolish and abate the existing six-story Kober-Cogan medical office building and perform 17 miles of utility relocation.

The project is designed to achieve LEED® Silver certification.
