Completed in 2001, 1500 Lousiana is a 41-story office tower that includes a 1.2 million square-foot corporate headquarters and an adjacent enclosed 400,000 square-foot parking garage. Combined, the complex occupies one-and-a-half city blocks in Houston.
Several special use areas in the building include a central energy plant, tunnel access between the new office tower and garage, and an employee credit union. The building also features a 225-seat auditorium, secured truck dock, security access point for visitors and employees, and skybridge access between the new office tower, existing office tower and garage. A food preparation area, dining and food service facility, and catering kitchens are among the extensive amenities.
