Clark transformed one of the last available pieces of riverside real estate in downtown Chicago into a state-of-the-art skyscraper featuring 1.35 million square feet of office space, further shaping the iconic Chicago skyline.
The 57-story core-and-shell Class-A office tower features a 15,000-square-foot fitness center, a 12,000-square-foot conference center, 22,000 square feet of retail space, a half-acre Riverwalk park plaza, and a two-story, below-grade parking structure.
The building's sawtooth façade along the riverside property line is held up by three trident columns for enhanced, open views of the 30-foot-wide Riverwalk.
The project site is located between a multilevel thoroughfare, Wacker Drive, the Chicago River, and bascule and trunnion bridges on the north and south ends of the site.
