110 North Wacker
Clark will transform one of the last available pieces of riverside real estate in downtown Chicago into a state-of-the-art skyscraper featuring 1.35 million square feet of Class A office space, further shaping the iconic Chicago skyline. Clark will demolish the existing 6-story building to make room for the core and shell office tower. The project team will also construct a two-story below-grade parking garage directly adjacent to the Chicago River. The building will feature a sawtooth façade along the riverside property line.
The project site is located in between a multilevel thoroughfare, Wacker Drive, the Chicago River, and bascule bridges on the north and south ends of the site.
The project is designed to achieve LEED® Gold certification.
