James Faddis leads the technical estimating group and project development.
He provides cost-saving solutions, evaluates changes in scope throughout the project, and coordinates conceptual and design estimating.
Since Joining Clark in 2006, James has built a portfolio of notable projects that includes:
- Kansas City International Airport (MCI) New Single Terminal
- Global Home of the PGA Tour
- Inova Women’s Hospital and Children’s Hospital
- Miami Beach Convention Center Renovation & Expansion
- Air National Guard Readiness Center
