Located in the heart of South Beach, the newly reimagined Miami Beach Convention Center features 500,000 square feet of versatile exhibit space and a 60,000 square foot ballroom.

Clark renovated the Miami Beach Convention Center's 500,000 square feet of exhibit space and all ancillary interior spaces, including the building’s main entrance. The team also renovated the convention center’s façade, adding a new curtain wall system and decorative “fins.” Additionally, the Clark team constructed a 60,000 square-foot ballroom expansion with meeting and pre-function space.

Outside of the building, the project team transformed over six acres of parking lot space into a public park and perform landscaping and infrastructure improvements to the convention center campus. A new parking structure replaced the existing surface lots and were integrated with the building. Additionally, the team refurbished Convention Center Drive and 19th Street.

The Miami Beach Convention Center Renovation & Expansion Project was designed to achieve LEED® Silver certification.
