Cory Surber oversees project procurement, contracts, design, management, and project finances for Clark Foundations.
He plans and directs all aspects of Clark Foundations’ self-performed support-of-excavation projects and works directly with stakeholders from concept to completion.
Since joining Clark Foundations in 2004, Cory has contributed to many notable projects, including:
- Douglas A. Monro Coast Guard Headquarters
- George Washington University Science and Engineering Hall
- 1812 North Moore
- Back River Wastewater Treatment Plant Headworks and Wet Weather Equalization Facility
