University of California, San Diego (UCSD) North Torrey Pines Living and Learning Neighborhood (NTPLLN) features 1.6 million square feet of academic and residential spaces for 2,048 undergraduates in Sixth College.
The project team constructed seven buildings, including residential amenities, support spaces, and new locations for the Sixth College Provost, student affairs center, and writing program. As part of the scope of work, the project team also provided below-grade parking for 1,187 vehicles, roadway improvements, and utility and site improvements.
