The Route 7-690 Interchange delivers a new grade-separated barbell interchange where Route 690 goes over the Route 7 bypass.
The scope includes construction of a Route 690 bridge with two roundabouts and ramp access. Work also involves widening Route 7 and its two bridges over Catoctin Creek, installing two stormwater facilities, earthwork, construction layout, and environmental controls.
