Reston Town Center Expansion
Clark is delivering 1950 Opportunity Way and 2000 Opportunity Way, two office buildings that begin phase one of a new transit-oriented development that expands Reston Town Center in Fairfax County, Virginia.
The project, which is located adjacent to the future Reston Town Center Metro Station, includes two office towers, street retail, and a shared below-grade parking facility.
2000 Opportunity Way is a 28-story, 800,000-square-foot office building, including 7,000 square feet of retail space and a six-level parking structure. 1950 Opportunity Way is a 20-story, 623,000-square-foot office building with 7,000 square feet of retail space and a six-level parking structure.
The two office towers are structurally adjoined at levels 7 and 8 by a connector "super floor", which will house many of the future tenant amenities.
The project also includes an 897,700-square-foot below-grade, parking structure for approximately 1,880 cars.
Once complete, the project will also feature a plaza and multiple green spaces.
Clark is also providing tenant fit-out services for portions of the two office towers under a separate contract.
