Pinnacle Tower is a 35-story building atop a 5-level garage. The 1.5-million-square-foot building features office, retail, and amenity space. Additionally, the Clark team delivered 130,000 square feet of Pinnacle Financial's Class A office space across levels 21-25, and 10,000 square feet of tenant improvements for retail bank space on levels 1 and 2.
This project is within the 17-acre Nashville Yards development.
