Devlin Road Widening

The Devlin Road Widening transforms a two-lane, undivided highway into a four-lane, divided highway with raised medians, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and a shared-use path. 

Work includes the construction of sound-dampening retaining walls, noise barrier walls along residential lines, and box culverts. The scope covers clearing, grading, paving, lighting, and signage, and utility installations for sewer and water lines.
