The complex contains special rooms designated for ice making and refrigeration, three conference rooms and 270 loading docks. The main warehouse, which also includes office space, is divided into smaller components to house a variety of grocery products.

While Building 264 facility was designed for function, it is also aesthetically pleasing. Custom metallic paint covers an exterior insulated metal panel system, which is highlighted by a curtain wall window system with tinted and tempered glass. A two-story, open lobby features curved stairs, and high-end finishes, including an interior aluminum storefront, gypsum walls with aluminum reveals, glass railings and terrazzo floor. The facility also features an extensive site lighting package, as well as de-icing systems for steps and walkways.
