Steve Deyer leads quality control and quality assurance efforts on projects in Clark’s Western Group, ensuring all quality requirements in the plans and specifications have been met.
Steve prioritizes this work at the project’s earliest stages and throughout its lifecycle by developing quality control plans, implementing the three phases of quality control, and performing diligent reviews.
Since joining Clark in 2017, Steve has worked across numerous market sectors on public and private projects, including:
