Pasco Umbriac

As a field leader with Clark’s Capital Group, Pasco Umbriac provides senior leadership to onsite operations.

He is responsible for ensuring projects are executed brilliantly in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.

Since joining Clark in 2001, Pasco has led construction efforts on several of the Washington, DC area’s most complex public and private development projects, including:

• Reston Town Center Block D
• The Wilson and The Elm
• Central Place Residential
• CEB Tower at Central Place
• NIST Advanced Measurement Laboratory
