Chris Phares provides executive oversight for Clark Construction’s Northern Group, has primary financial and contractual responsibility for projects in Chicago, and is leading Clark’s growing presence in Charlotte, North Carolina.

With more than 20 years of experience, Chris has completed several major commercial and mixed-use developments in Chicago and Nashville, including:
