UCSD Pepper Canyon West Living and Learning Neighborhood

UCSD's Pepper Canyon West Living and Learning Neighborhood is a 580,000-square-foot student residential complex consisting of two buildings accommodating 1,300 beds. 

The development spans six acres in the center of campus, and features a unique courtyard for each building, elevated student amenity spaces, and retail spaces that will serve both the tenants and broader communities who use the adjacent light rail station.
