Clark constructed a three-story, 90,000-square-foot crime lab and motorcycle police facility to further the city’s continuing efforts to improve disaster readiness. The new facility features administrative, conference, and office spaces, as well as labs, a firearm testing facility, and 6,300 square feet of motorcycle parking.
Classified as a first responder project, the new Traffic Company and Forensic Services Division Facility is built to withstand and remain operational through a major earthquake to strengthen the city’s emergency response capabilities.
The project is designed to achieve LEED® Gold Certification.
