Otay Mesa East Land Port of Entry

Otay Mesa East Land Port of Entry (LPOE) is a port of entry on the US-Mexico border. The project helps reduce traffic congestion across San Diego LPOEs.

Buildings include northbound, southbound, primary inspection, secondary inspection, and cargo inspection facilities, in addition to an administration headhouse. Other improvements include a new four-lane toll road and the implementation of dynamic tolling.
