Year Completed:

Clark Construction, in a joint venture with Bell & Associates Construction, constructed the 25-story Grand Hyatt Nashville, the first component of the 18-acre Nashville Yards Development.

The Grand Hyatt Nashville offers 591 guest rooms, a signature restaurant from James Beard-Award winning chef Sean Brock, a rooftop lounge, and a fifth-floor Wellness Level that includes a fitness center, pool overlooking downtown, and world-class spa.

The luxury hotel also features 77,000 square feet of state-of-the-art event and pre-function space, including a 20,000 square-foot Grand Ballroom.

The Grand Hyatt Nashville is part of the first parcel of Nashville Yards, a multi-phase, 18-acre mixed-use development project that will feature office, retail, residential and entertainment space in the heart of downtown.

Grand Hyatt Nashville adds to Clark Construction’s growing portfolio of work in the Music City, which also includes the 25-story office tower and associated garage on the Nashville Yards' Parcel 4, the 2.1 million square-foot Music City Center, and the Engineering and Science Building at Vanderbilt University.
