Clark is restoring the historic Beverly Hills City Hall for occupancy. Floors five through nine of the tower have been uninhabited since the 1980s due to seismic hazards.

The project team will brace the nine-floor building and upgrade portions of the roof with fiber-reinforced polymer. Additionally, the team will demolish and replace a separate portion of the roof to support a rooftop common area. The scope of work includes interior tenant improvements such as open and closed administrative spaces and restrooms, as well as MEFP and elevator system upgrades.

The project team will mitigate safety risks for building occupants so that City Hall can remain open throughout construction.
