Summer Associates
More than an Internship
During the 12-week paid program, you will be fully immersed in our business. Our summer associates work side-by-side with their teams to learn the fundamentals of construction, including project development, project management, field engineering and supervision, and business operations.
Capstone Project
The capstone project brings together summer associates from across the country to help find solutions to obstacles Clark teams are facing. You’ll present your findings to Clark executives at the end of the summer. Through this process, you’ll build bonds and get to know our people, culture, and business.
Build Your Network
Summer associates are purposefully exposed to Clark team members from across the organization through lunch and learns, community service activities, coffee chats, and jobsite tours. We also pair every associate with a mentor for guidance and advice.
