Stephen Pan oversees project pursuits and preconstruction efforts in Southern California, and helps position projects for success before shovels first hit the ground.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Stephen builds conceptual budgets, leads teams on design-build and hard bid pursuits, and works with designers to maximize client value while staying vigilant on project costs.
Since joining Clark in 2010, Stephen has developed a portfolio of notable projects:
• LACMA Building for the Permanent Collection
• Clovis Community Medical Center New Patient Tower
• Pacific Visions Wing at the Aquarium of the Pacific
• Ventura County Medical Center Hospital Replacement Wing
