As a field leader in Clark’s Capital Group, John Swagart provides senior leadership to ensure projects are executed following all plans and specifications.
He is responsible for all field operations, including developing the project plan and master schedule, supervising and coordinating all trade partners, and managing project safety and quality control.
Since joining Clark in 2001, John has developed a robust portfolio of projects across numerous market sectors, including:
- Metropolitan Park, Phases 6, 7, and 8
- Midtown Center
- FDA Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research
- UMD Oakland Hall Dormitory
- University View Apartments I
