Matt Smith

Matt Smith is responsible for Clark Concrete’s national operations. 

Clark Concrete, a subsidiary of Clark Construction Group, performs structural concrete work on projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region. 

Matt manages the day-to-day progress on all of Clark Concrete’s projects. He has worked on some of the Mid-Atlantic Region’s most notable projects, including the National Museum of African-American History and Culture, the INOVA Women’s Hospital and Children’s Hospital, the CSX Virginia Avenue Tunnel Reconstruction, and CityCenterDC. 

Matt earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and his master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida.
