Mamoud (Mo) Hosseini provides executive leadership for Clark Civil.
Clark Civil, a subsidiary of Clark Construction Group, performs complex civil work including aviation, heavy rail, and light rail, Class 1 railroads, roadways, bridges, wastewater treatment plants, and infrastructure renewal projects.
In this capacity, Mo is responsible for both the acquisition of new work, as well as the execution of day-to-day construction activities.
Since joining Clark in 1989, Mo has helped deliver some of the country’s most complicated civil projects including CSX Virginia Avenue Tunnel Rehabilitation, WMATA Blue and Orange Line Rehabilitation, Little Patuxent Water Reclamation Plant Addition No. 7, and the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center.
Mo earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, a master of science degree in structural engineering, and a doctor of science degree from the George Washington University.
Mo is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Deep Foundations Institute, and the Moles.
Mo is a professional engineer in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
