City Market at O revitalizes D.C.’s historic O Street Market with a 1 million square foot mixed-use development, including street-level retail anchored by a flagship Giant Food store, a 182-room Cambria Suites hotel, and a 418-unit luxury apartment community (880 P).
As part of the project, the original brick marketplace - a historic landmark - was completely restored. Clark Foundations installed the façade support for the existing brick façade; designed and installed the support of the excavation system for the entire site; and installed raker beams and brackets to support the foundation wall.
