Will Englehart oversees new work acquisition, project development, and project delivery efforts for Clark in Greater Baltimore and throughout Maryland.

Since joining Clark in 2008, Will’s project experience has spanned a variety of market sectors and product types. His portfolio includes the following projects:

• Bloomberg Student Center
• Pimlico Race Course Development 
• UM Roslyn and Leonard Soler Center for Advanced Medicine
• CFG Bank Arena
• JHU Hopkins Student Center
• Baltimore Convention Center Capital Improvements

Will is passionate about driving Clark’s impact in Greater Baltimore. In 2018, Will spearheaded the roll-out of the Strategic Partnership Program in Baltimore, which aims to grow the capacity of small businesses.
