Wes Stith

Wes Stith works with business units and project teams across the country to expand opportunities for small and diverse business partners on Clark projects, support and mentor these companies, and oversee the successful implementation of our small business training and compliance programs.

Wes is also responsible for working with Clark’s project development, estimating, and purchasing teams to meet and exceed project-specific small business participation goals.

Wes joined Clark in 1996 as a project engineer in the company’s purchasing department, where he has been instrumental in fostering trade contractor relationships and enhancing the company’s small business inclusion efforts nationally. Among his proudest accomplishments is creating the Strategic Partnership Program, an intensive, industry-leading executive MBA-style course that builds small business capacity and supports economic growth in the communities Clark serves.
