Since founding C3M in 2014, Chuck has expanded C3M’s full-service electrical capabilities across the country and overseen many notable projects, including:

• BART New Traction Power Facilities West Bay
• Sound Transit Operations and Maintenance Facility: East
• MTA Purple Line Overhead Catenary System
• Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial
