Chuck Tomasco oversees day-to-day business operations of C3M Power Systems, with a focus on business development and engineering.

Since joining Clark in 1999, Chuck has expanded C3M’s full-service electrical capabilities across the country and overseen many notable projects, including:

• Sound Transit Operations and Maintenance Facility: East
• MTA Purple Line Overhead Catenary System
• Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial
• Division 20 Traction Power Substation
