McCormick Place Hyatt Regency
The McCormick Place Hyatt Regency is a 32-story, first-class hotel. The hotel is connected to the southeast portion of the McCormick Place Convention Center in order to accommodate guest access.
In addition to three levels of ancillary hotel functions, the McCormick Place Hyatt Regency contains a guest tower with 303 king guestrooms, 449 double guestrooms, 48 hospitality suites, three VIP suites, and two deluxe suites. The hotel features four levels of above-grade parking to accommodate 600 cars. Other amenities include a spacious lobby, ballroom, and pre-function accommodations, a restaurant, boardrooms, and a business center.
In addition to constructing the original hotel Clark returned to the Hyatt years later to lead an extensive, design-build expansion and renovation. The project was completed in 2013.
