Tom Vitale focuses his efforts on the operations of Shirley Contracting Company, asset management, Shirley Underground and the utility group.
Since joining Shirley in 2010, Tom has worked on projects in the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area, projects include the following:
- Intercounty Connector, Contract C
- Dulles Metrorail Silver Line, Phase 2
- Hartland Bridges
- The Wharf
- Route 7 and Ashburn Village Boulevard Interchange
