Chuck Watts oversees day-to-day operations and leads the acquisition of new work for Clark Concrete.
Since joining Clark in 1991, Chuck has overseen work on a variety of projects across the Washington, DC metropolitan area, including:
- Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial
- Wheaton Revitalization Project
- Suburban Hospital Campus Enhancement Phase 2
- Sentinel Square III
- Douglas A. Munro Coast Guard Headquarters
