Megan Calhoun
Megan Calhoun leads project development for Clark Construction Group's strategic clients and healthcare projects in Southern California.
Megan is passionate about being a "trusted advisor" and has worked to develop a truly collaborative and transparent project development process, focusing on real-time cost feedback, target value design, phasing and logistics planning, and design phase management all by leveraging Clark’s virtual design construction capabilities.
Throughout her tenure with Clark, Megan has supported the most complex project development efforts on the West Coast including the multiple campuses for Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles, Ventura County Medical Center, Los Angeles Federal Courthouse, Long Beach Civic Center, San Diego Private Office Building, Las Vegas VA Nursing Home, Community Medical Centers, and multiple projects at LAX International Airport including the Tom Bradley International Terminal, Central Plant and the Delta Airlines relocation program.
Megan earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in management science from Lehigh University. Megan is also a LEED Accredited Professional and was recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as an Outstanding Woman in Construction Management and Design.
