Mark Hamberlin oversees Clark Construction‚ people strategies and human resources operations.
He is responsible for building the Clark team and driving growth, development, the best of Clark's exceptional talent. This includes talent acquisition and management, training and development, leadership and organizational development, recognition and rewards, benefits, and HR operations.
Prior to joining Clark, Mark served as vice president of global talent acquisition for Danaher, a global science and technology company. Mark's career has also included human resources and finance leadership roles at Cisco Systems and Hallmark Cards.
