Mark Hamberlin

Mark Hamberlin oversees Clark Construction’s talent and human resources strategy and operations.  

He is responsible for driving the growth, development, and well-being of the Clark team. This includes talent acquisition and management, training and development, organization development, employee engagement, total rewards, benefits, inclusion and diversity, and employee policies.

Prior to joining Clark, Mark served as vice president of global talent acquisition for Danaher, a global science and technology company. Mark’s career has also included human resources and finance leadership roles at Cisco Systems, Coach Leather, and Hallmark Cards.
