Lou Palandrani provides overall management direction for Clark Construction Group's projects in Northern California and Seattle. He also leads Clark’s national aviation market sector.
In his role as senior vice president, Lou is responsible for establishing project objectives and policies, maintaining contact with clients, monitoring construction and financial activities, and is ultimately responsible for all phases of project delivery.
Throughout his tenure at Clark, Lou has provided leadership on some of the nation’s most notable projects, including the San Francisco Civic Center Complex, Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX, Sea-Tac Airport International Arrivals Facility, and the Naval Hospital at Camp Pendleton.
Lou is passionate about the benefits of a collaborative team approach to delivering work. Utilizing this approach, he has been instrumental in the successful delivery of over $4 billion of work across the country, with almost $2 billion focused on complex aviation projects.
Lou earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Delaware and is a LEED accredited professional.
