Kelly Olson leads Clark Construction Group’s strategic planning and development efforts for its Western Region.  

In her role, Kelly utilizes her nearly 30 years in the design and construction industry to foster client relationships and develop high-performing teams best suited to meet client goals and performance objectives.

Since joining Clark in 2014, Kelly has worked with Clark leadership, project teams, and market sector leaders to strategize on project delivery trends, client concerns, and overall client engagement. 

She has significant experience working with well-known design and engineering firms including AECOM, HOK, Johnson Controls, and Leo A Daly Architects.  This experience has equipped her with extensive knowledge of client organizations, procurement and delivery methods for capital projects and a strong network of industry relationships that contributes to her strategic planning capabilities.

Kelly earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications from California State University-Fullerton and is active in DBIA and other industry organizations.

She serves on the board of directors of The Prentice School – a school dedicated to teaching kids with learning differences.
