Joe Abidin

Joe Abidin leads Clark Civil’s water, wastewater, and mass transit pursuits. 

Clark Civil, a subsidiary of Clark Construction Group, performs complex civil work including aviation, heavy rail, and light rail, Class 1 railroads, roadways, bridges, wastewater treatment plants, and infrastructure renewal projects.

Joe has led the work on many notable civil projects, including numerous WMATA projects, such as the Blue and Orange Line Rehabilitation. Joe has also led Clark’s Civil’s efforts on many water and wastewater projects such as those located at Back River Wastewater Treatment Plant, Little Patuxent Water Reclamation Plant, and Noman M. Cole Pollution Control Plant. 

Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Virginia.
