Jim Kinkead

Jim provides executive direction and oversight for Clark Facility Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clark that manages the operations and facility maintenance of facilities throughout the country.

A 35-year veteran of the Clark organization, Jim has led construction on many landmark projects across the Mid-Atlantic including the Department of Transportation Headquarters, Social Security Administration Headquarters, American Red Cross Headquarters, U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters, Constitution Square (Office Buildings 1, 2, and 3 and Residential Buildings 1 and 2), Clarendon Center, City Market at O Street, Pike & Rose, and the Darcy and Flats.

Additionally, Jim had led the operation and maintenance of many projects across the country including U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters, FBI Central Records Complex, Los Angeles U.S. Courthouse, and Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System Replacement Hospital.

Jim earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Maryland and is the current chair for the University of Maryland Civil Engineering Department Board of Visitors.
