David (Dave) Trolian provides executive leadership for Clark Construction Group’s Northern Region, which includes Chicago and the north-central United States.

Dave is responsible for the Northern Region’s day-to-day operations, including the acquisition and execution of work, business functions, client relations, and community engagement.

Throughout his tenure at Clark, Dave has provided leadership on some of Chicago and Nashville’s most notable projects, including 110 North Wacker, 150 North Riverside, Wintrust Arena, the Marriott Marquis, and Nashville’s Music City Center. Dave has been a key proponent of diversifying Clark’s range of project types in the Northern Region, which has now grown to include commercial office, residential, hospitality, lab/science, higher education, infrastructure, and government facilities.

Dave earned his bachelor’s degree in civil and structural engineering at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

He serves on the board of directors of the Chicagoland Association of General Contractors.
