Vice President, Atkinson Construction

Brandon Dully

Brandon is responsible for the development and delivery of Atkinson Construction projects in the Pacific Northwest.

Atkinson, a subsidiary of Clark Construction Group, is a full-service heavy civil contractor that self-performs work for both public and private clients.

Brandon joined Atkinson in 2010 and has more than 15 years of experience managing highway, bridge, and pier projects with technical challenges and tight schedules.

Since joining the Atkinson team, Brandon has worked on many design-build projects in the Puget Sound area and several emergency response projects—including the I-5 Skagit River Bridge collapse and the SR 530 Oso landslide.

Brandon earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Washington State University and is a licensed professional engineer.

Brandon received the 2013 AGC Build Washington Project Manager of the Year award for his management of the Skagit River Bridge collapse and was named one of ENR Northwest’s 2020 Top Young Professionals.
