Arash Parham
Arash Parham provides executive direction for Clark Foundations - Clark Construction Group's support of excavation company.
Clark Foundations is a division of Clark Civil, a subsidiary of Clark Construction Group.
Arash manages day-to-day development and delivery operations of Clark Foundations. He has overseen the implementation of excavation support systems on some of the Mid-Atlantic Region’s most notable projects, including The Wilson and The Elm at 7272 Wisconsin Avenue, the Wheaton Town Center, the CSX Virginia Avenue Tunnel Reconstruction, and City of Baltimore Back River Influent Pump Station and Junction Chamber.
Arash earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Shiraz University, a master of business administration and management from Georgetown University, and a master’s degree in construction management from the University of Florida.
He is a registered professional engineer, DBIA Design-Build Professional, and LEED accredited professional.
