Waterfront Station II
Clark is constructing a 420,000-square-foot mixed-use community in the Southwest Waterfront neighborhood of Washington, DC.
The 11-story building will feature 449 apartment units, two levels of below-grade parking, amenity spaces on the second floor and penthouse level, as well as ground-floor retail space.
The building’s exterior façade will be comprised of Porcelanosa rainscreen.
The project’s scope of work also includes exterior site improvements.
