The City and County of San Francisco has awarded Clark a $115 million contract for the SFO International Terminal Building (ITB) Renovation Phase 1 project in San Francisco, CA. Skidmore, Owings & Merrill is the project architect, delivering the project with Clark under a Progressive Design-Build delivery.

Clark will renovate the International Terminal Building at the San Francisco International Airport to improve passenger processing capabilities, expand concessions, and enhance public areas. The project’s scope of work includes programming, design, construction, activation, commissioning, and close-out of renovated areas in the Departures and Arrivals Levels, including Boarding Area A and Boarding Area G. This will be Clark’s eighth project at SFO since 2014.

Design is currently underway and project completion is slated for December 2020.
